Who is Just Interview? 

JustInterview is operated by a group of recruiting and hiring professionals with a single focus, to bring the best qualified candidates to your company so you can interview them for open positions.  We do this by blending the best of HR Tech with the best recruiters in the business. JustInterview is a new divison of CareerNet. CareerNet is focused on solutions for organizations who want to improve their greatest asset,  their people. CareerNet, our parent, believes that a disconnect or hole has been created between HR Technologies, things like Job Boards, Social Media and Job Boards, and applicants or candidates looking for a job. CareerNet tasked our founding team with fixing this disconnect (or filling this hole) and then created a division to provide a new recruiting service that allows companies (our clients) to improve their recruiting and hiring by saving time, money freeing them to do what they do best, interview and select people to fill important, open positions.

We combine the best of HR Technologies with experienced recruiting professionals to offer full service and hybrid recruiting solutions under the names CareerNetPro and JustInterview

Existing online enables convenient, cost effective and immediate broad access to companies and candidates or applicants, but our real strength is our people working behind the lines.

On one hand, we serve the specific needs of specific businesses with a focus on their (your) unique team-culture. On the other hand, we attract talent and offer skills training and certifications as well as job coaching to develop the careers of tomorrow’s professionals and labor force (under the name CareerNet Nation).

CareerNet Global is our Advisory and Consulting group. CareerNet Global works with large multi-national organizations and agencies to solve large scale and on-going workforce and employment problems through proper assessment, world-class skills testing, skills training and education. Workforce and employment problems are generally systemic and require a wholistic, long term commitment in their solutions. 

Is CareerNet still a Job Board? 

The answer is no, but people often associate CareerNet with its original job board solution. Founded in 1996, CareerNet built one of the original job boards and then created one of the original ATS solutions to manage the massive resume databases its job board generated.

Our HR technology and job board lineage gives us significant advantages in sourcing candidates quickly and at great price points. We understand the limitations of resume data pools and the frustrations many HR or Hiring Professionals face daily. What fields / industries does Just Interview source? 

Our pool of talent flows across a broad range of professions and occupations: engineers including among others mechanical, chemical, electrical, aerospace, tech, cloud, data optimization; accounting, bookkeeping, payroll; human resource; management; consumer sales and B-2-B; security; management and support; biotech, health and research; labor; construction; transportation—in other words, we source and attract talent across industries and in between. We recruit accross other industries too, Finance, Manufacturing, Construction, Work Force, Retail, Hospitality, to name a few. 

The Just Interview system has recruited successfully from entry level / Internships to Contract and Full-Time Posiitons, remote, hybrid and in-office all the way to C-Suite Positions. Although most of our company clients use our full service recruiting division, CareerNet Pro, to identify candidates for C-Suite positions.

 What is CareerNet Approved? 

CareerNet Approved is a simple and clear review process that looks at each employer using our services. We do a little research into the company culture, its business practices, and future growth startegy. This is done before we have the first meeting with a company inquring about any of our recruiting services. CareerNet has a team independent of our recruitiers that do this work for us. It creates a great check and balance in reviewing clients we work with.

Why do all this? Because candidates and applicants matter too. We are responsible to both parties in different ways. We’ve also found that companies that are CareerNet Approved succeed in meeting their recruitment goals faster and with access to better candidates. It’s a win win for employeers and candidates.

CareerNet has already approved your company for our candidates and applicants before we speak. Should an issue come up, we’ll address it with you directly and ahead of time voice to voice.

How will I assess my organization’s results with Just Interview? 

This is not a question for metrics. This is not rocket science (unless you’re actually hiring a rocket scientist—we can find them, too). When you hire the right person—the person that fits your organization and its needs—then we’ve succeeded. We use simple metrics to determine our own success:

  • Speed of placement.
  • Longevity of placed candidate.
  • Repeat business from happy clients.

Our goal is to be transperant with our clients. Depending upon the industry and our current prequalified candidate rosters, pricing is generally 25% to 50% of traditional recruiting fees. At times even less.  Your savings is generally far greater as the Just Interview service reduces costs of your HR professionals sourcing and recruiting time spent significantly. There is also a non-refundable one time mobilization fee. It doesn’t break the bank.

Where does Just Interview source it’s candidates?

CareerNet sources it’s candidates both passively and actively. We then spend the time to assess and verify each candidate before adding them to our active rosters. We spend a lot of time enhancing these rosters with the best candidates available.

We also work with candidates pro-actively to fill their skills gaps through training, skills review and skills testing.

How are Candidates Pre-Qualified?

CareerNet has a seperate division called CareerNet Nation. CareerNet Nation is a place where candidates can:

Pre-qualify themselves for jobs and employers we approve. Verify, enhance, and certify their skill sets from our list of internationally recognized training and education courses. Many we have created or updtaed to suit the training requirements of our corporate and government clients seeking to improve their own training. That means we have field tested them at scale. It also means that we know how to identify skills gaps when working with applicants or candidates.

We count world class names as our ongoing training and curriculum partners. Names like City & Guilds, ILM, Cambridge and Anspear, to name a few. Through our advisory services, we have deployed comprehensive education and training solutions under our brands, LearnNet, CareerNet Learning and CareerNet.

Which is a long way of saying, we know how to pre-qulify candidates through interview, secure testing, psychmetrics and old fashioned conversations. When we find learning or skills gaps, our goal is to fill them. Candidates are important.
